The Mission of Celiac Sue Foods is to make others happy, healthy, and full. We will do this by supplying quick and easily prepared foods to people with gluten allergies.
Celiac Sue Foods is locally owned and operated by Lisa A. Pierce and Susan Meyers. Susan has Refractory Celiac Sprue. She has been in remission for the last year and a half. She continues to have a complete intolerance of all gluten products. She cannot ingest any gluten whatsoever, she even has issues with touching gluten containing products.
Lisa is an RN who has been nursing Susan back to health both medically and nutritionally. She has always had a great love for food and cooking. For the last year and a half she has done a great deal of research on gluten free food preparation.
All food meals will be prepared in a certified kitchen. The meals will be hand made with only fresh, gluten free ingredients.
The primary market for Celiac Sue Foods is people with a known gluten allergy also called celiac disease. The foods will be offered for sale at various local markets and for individual sale. We will use word of mouth, fliers, personal marketing, and the internet as our main marketing tools.
